Meet The HGM

Chat with our amazing teachers, students and staff about how they teach, learn, and thrive as a small and diverse community of highly gifted students. There are a variety of ways to get to know us.

1. Meet the Huskies Night (includes all NHHS magnets)

On Tuesday, October 6th, 2026, North Hollywood High School will present information about its magnets and SAS program to all prospective families. The event will feature coordinators, teachers, students, and parents from the Highly Gifted Magnet, Zoo Biological Science Magnet, STEM Magnet, and the School for Advanced Studies Program (SAS).

The schedule is as follows:

6:00-6:20pm Orientation in the Auditorium

6:25-7:10pm Rotation 1 (time to visit our programs in breakout rooms)

7:15-8:00pm Rotation 2 (time to visit our programs in breakout rooms)

The event will begin in the John Williams Performing Arts Center, located near our Colfax entrance.

2. Saturday Campus Tour

On Saturday, October 17th, 2026, from 10:00-11:00am, North Hollywood will be hosting a campus tour. The tour will consist of walking around the campus with stops at key spots. Tours will be given by students from various magnet and SAS programs. Administration will be on site to answer questions as well.
